About these terms

This site is run by YURI Pickleball, CONFIRM: legal entity name, e.g. YURI Pickleball LLC ("YURI", "we", "us"). We sell online from our home base in Orlando, Florida, USA.

These terms cover our brand site at CONFIRM: brand site domain. Our online store at CONFIRM: store domain runs on Shopify and has its own terms of service. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your details.

Using the site

You may use this site to learn about our paddles and gear, contact us and shop. Please don't:

• break any law while using the site
• try to hack, overload or disrupt the site or its forms
• send spam, false details or someone else's details through our forms
• copy, scrape or resell content from the site without our written permission
• use the site to harass anyone or to post anything harmful or offensive

We may block access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Product information and colours

We work to keep product details, specs and photos accurate and up to date. Mistakes can still happen. We may correct them at any time, without notice.

Colours on screen depend on your device and settings. The paddle in your hand may look a little different from the photo.

Product details on this site describe our products. They are not a promise about how a product will perform for you.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). They can change at any time. The price that counts is the one shown at checkout.

When you click "Checkout", you move to our Shopify store's checkout. From there, your order is governed by:

• the store's [terms of service](CONFIRM: store terms URL, e.g. {store domain}/policies/terms-of-service)
• the store's [refund policy](CONFIRM: store refund policy URL) and [shipping policy](CONFIRM: store shipping policy URL)
• our Shipping and returns page
• Shopify's privacy policy and the store's [privacy policy](CONFIRM: store privacy policy URL)

Products can sell out. Adding a paddle to your cart doesn't hold it for you. We may limit or cancel an order, for example if a price was shown in error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you get a full refund.

Demo days

Demo days are by request. Request information on demo days and locations through our demo form. We share the details after your request. Dates and places can change or be cancelled.

Pickleball is a physical sport. If you join a demo day, you take part at your own risk and play within your limits. Juniors under 18 need a parent or guardian with them. CONFIRM: demo day waiver or sign-in form, and the junior age rule

Our content and brand

Everything on this site belongs to YURI or is used with permission. This includes text, photos, videos, graphics, the YURI name and the YURI logo.

The YURI logo is original artwork by Winston Bolt. So are the paddle graphics on Tiger, Cobra, The Wasp and Vortex Pro. They are used by YURI with permission. CONFIRM: rights in Winston Bolt's artwork are assigned or licensed to YURI in writing

You may share links to our pages and share our posts on social media. You may not copy, change or use our content, logo or artwork for any other purpose without our written permission.

What you send us

Forms. When you use our contact, demo days, partner or newsletter forms, please send true details that belong to you. We use them as our Privacy policy explains.

Reviews and ideas. If you write a review or send us feedback, ideas or photos:

• it must be your own honest opinion and true to your experience
• it must not break any law or anyone else's rights
• you let us use, show, edit for length and share it on our site, store and social media, without payment
• you confirm you have the right to share it, including any photos

We may remove any review or submission that breaks these rules. Reviews are collected through Judge.me. CONFIRM: Judge.me shown on the brand site or the store only

We may use ideas you send us without owing you anything.

Links to other sites

Our site links to other sites, such as our Shopify store and social media. We don't control other sites and aren't responsible for their content or policies. Please read their terms before you use them.

Site provided "as is"

We work hard to keep the site running and accurate. But we can't promise it is always available, error free or free of viruses.

To the fullest extent the law allows, this site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties about the site and its content, express or implied. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

This section covers the website only. Terms for products you buy are set out in the store's policies linked above.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, YURI and its owners, staff and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss from your use of this site. This includes lost data, lost profits or the cost of replacement goods. This applies even if we were told such a loss was possible.

If we are found liable to you for anything to do with this site, our total liability is limited to US $100 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater. CONFIRM: liability cap, with the lawyer

Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have by law that can't be limited.

Your responsibility

If you break these terms or the law while using this site, you agree to cover any claims, losses and reasonable legal costs this causes YURI.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about this site will be handled in the state or federal courts in CONFIRM: county, e.g. Orange County, Florida. If you live outside the US, you may still have rights under your local law.

General

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. These terms, our Privacy policy and the store policies linked above are the full agreement between you and us about this site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
