Who we are

YURI Pickleball ("YURI", "we", "us") is CONFIRM: legal entity name, e.g. YURI Pickleball LLC. We sell pickleball paddles and gear online from our home base in Orlando, Florida, USA. We have no store or public address.

This policy covers our brand site at CONFIRM: brand site domain. Our online store at CONFIRM: store domain runs on Shopify and has its own privacy policy. When you check out, the store policy and Shopify's privacy policy apply.

What we collect

Details you give us. When you use a form on this site, we collect what you type in:

• Contact form: your name, email, phone (optional), what your message is about and your message.
• Demo days request: your name, email and any details you add about your request.
• Partner form: your name, email, company (if you add one) and your message.
• Newsletter: your email address.

We also note which page you sent the form from.

Cart details. When you add a paddle to your cart, we create a cart with Shopify. Your browser keeps a cart ID so your cart is still there when you come back. The cart holds the products and quantities you picked.

Technical details. Like most websites, our servers and hosting provider CONFIRM: hosting provider, e.g. Vercel receive basic details when you visit. These include your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you ask for. We use your IP address for a short time to stop spam and form abuse.

Analytics details (if enabled). If you allow analytics cookies, we collect details about how the site is used. Examples are pages viewed, time on a page, links clicked, rough location (city or region) and how you found us. CONFIRM: analytics tools at launch

What we don't collect. We never see or store your card number. Payments happen on Shopify's checkout, not on this site. We don't ask for sensitive details like health information.

Where it comes from

• From you: when you fill in a form, sign up for the newsletter or add something to your cart.
• From your device: through cookies and similar tools (see "Cookies" below).
• From our service providers: for example, Shopify tells us about your cart. Email tools tell us if an email bounced or you unsubscribed.

How we use it

We use your details to:

• reply to your message or request
• send you information about demo days when you ask for it
• follow up on partner requests
• send the newsletter, only if you signed up for it
• keep your cart working and send you to Shopify checkout
• keep the site safe and stop spam
• understand how the site is used so we can make it better (only if analytics is enabled and allowed)
• measure our ads (only if a Meta Pixel is enabled and you allow marketing cookies)
• meet our legal duties

We don't sell your personal information. We don't use it to make decisions about you that have legal effects.

Emails and the newsletter

Form details go to GoHighLevel, the customer relationship tool we use. There we tag your contact (for example "newsletter" or "demo days") so the right person can reply.

If you send us a message or a request, we may send you email follow-ups about that request.

The newsletter is opt in. We only send it if you sign up. Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to be taken off the list.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. We also use local storage, which works in a similar way. We group them like this:

Google Search Console helps us see how the site shows up in Google search. It uses no cookies on this site.

You can change your choice any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. See "Your choices" below.

Who we share it with

We share details only with service providers who help us run YURI. They may use them only to provide their service to us.

• Shopify: our store, cart and checkout. Shopify handles payments. Shopify privacy policy
• GoHighLevel: our contact and email tool, where form details are stored.
• Our hosting provider: CONFIRM: hosting provider, which runs this site.
• Google: Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console, if enabled. Google privacy policy
• Meta: the Meta Pixel, only if enabled and you allow marketing cookies. Meta privacy policy
• Judge.me: our reviews tool. If you write a review, it is collected and shown through Judge.me. CONFIRM: Judge.me shown on the brand site or the store only

We may also share details if the law requires it or to protect our rights or safety. We may also share them if YURI is sold or merged with another business.

Links to other sites

Our site links to our Shopify store, social media and other sites. Their own privacy policies apply there. We aren't responsible for how they handle your details.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect details from them. Juniors are welcome to play our paddles, but an adult should make any purchase or fill in any form. If you think a child has sent us details, email us and we will delete them.

Security and how long we keep it

We use trusted service providers and take reasonable steps to protect your details. No website or email system is fully secure, so we can't promise that it never goes wrong.

We keep your details only as long as we need them:

• Messages and requests: CONFIRM: retention period, e.g. 3 years after our last contact.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your email.
• Cart ID: until it expires or you clear your browser. CONFIRM: cart cookie lifetime
• Analytics data: CONFIRM: GA4 retention setting, e.g. 14 months, if enabled.

Your choices

Cookies. Use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer to accept or reject analytics and marketing cookies. You can use it to change your mind later too. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. If you block strictly necessary cookies, your cart may not work.

Unsubscribing. Click the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email. Or email us at info.yuripb@gmail.com and we will take you off the list.

Global Privacy Control (GPC). Your browser may send a GPC signal. If it does, we treat it as a choice to opt out of analytics and marketing cookies. We honour it for that browser without you needing to do anything else.

Do Not Track. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for it. So we treat it the same way as GPC: we turn off analytics and marketing cookies. CONFIRM: Sun, honour Do Not Track like GPC

Google tools. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, if analytics is enabled.

Your rights and data requests

You can ask us to:

• tell you what details we hold about you and send you a copy
• correct details that are wrong
• delete your details
• stop sending you emails

Depending on where you live, you may have more rights. These can include the right to object or to limit how we use your details. They can also include the right to opt out of "sharing" for targeted ads. People in California, the EU and the UK have rights like these.

How to ask: email info.yuripb@gmail.com with your request. Use the email address you gave us, so we can find your details and confirm it's you. We will reply within CONFIRM: response time, e.g. 30 days. We won't treat you differently for using your rights. You can also ask someone to make a request for you, and we may ask for proof they're allowed to.

If you aren't happy with our reply, please tell us so we can try to fix it. You may also contact your local data protection authority.

Visitors outside the US

YURI is based in the USA. Our service providers may store and process your details in the USA and other countries. Where the law requires it, they use recognised safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contract clauses.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our site, our tools or the law change. We will change the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site or by email.
